A Nominee shareholder is normally a company or person that holds shares on behalf of the investors. The Nominee shareholder is not the legal owner of the shares and the underlying investors are entitled to all income and capital gains on the shares. The Nominee Shareholder Service serves the purpose of ensuring that your identity as the Beneficial Owner(s), remains confidential and not put on public record at the Company’s Registry.

The Nominee Shareholder normally holds your shares and a signed Stock Transfer Form is issued to you, so that you can have the security of being able to transfer the shares at any time.
