The Managing Director Service enables any corporate structure to apply for Tax Residency Status.

The tax residency of a company is determined by the location of its directors and where its Company Board meetings and resolutions take place.

The Managing director service provides a nominee service to the beneficial owner/ shareholder whilst enabling the company to apply to become tax resident of the directors jurisdiction.

 

The Managing Director will attend Company Board Meetings, board resolutions and sign corporate documents such as Bank forms and government certificates.

The Managing Director is appointed to undertake compliance related activities under the direction of the beneficial owner of the company. They do not otherwise become involved with the operations or management of the company.Managing Director Service must be ordered at the time of incorporation.
